The song is called 'Rust and Devotion' by Alistair Hawkins. Outstanding power with supreme control: Aston Martin introduces it's ultimate luxury sports car, the Aston Martin DBS. The most potent production Aston Martin ever made, the DBS represents the synthesis of raw power, race-bred technology and design excellence.

  • This is what I call "elegance" ...

  • music: Alistair Hawkins - Rust And Devotion

  • So, does someone know where to buy or download the song? It's not on iTunes (store)!

I can't find it on KPM.

  • other cars may have more of a wow factor but this is a car for all occasions without being obtuse and excessive. It oozes sophistication and lets face it, has one of the nicest sounds in the world. RULE BRITANNIA

  • song = huge copy of "you know my name"

  • amazing right? I would have this over a 599 or a Gallardo anyday... way better looking... and who cares if it doesnt go up to 200 MPH how like the vanquish S. how often would you ever get it to those speeds anyway..

Love this car. Its not a care you have to show off, its a car you have because you absolutely in love with it.

  • Oh, sure. I don't really care where it is built.

Engineered in England for motor sport pedigree claims.

Built in Germany for quality and transportation around Europe claims.

One of the best V12s in my opinion though, 11 years of epic road and motor sport history. Would take it over the "spontaneously combustible, clutch hungry" Tipo 133F any day :).

  • yes i understand that it's a british company but i only pointed out the fact that the engine was built in germany. dw i'm an aston martin fan too;)

  • Yes, built in Germany does not mean German, same like the Toyota Camry LE is not a US car, although it is built in US. The engine was first tuned by Cosworth as their project SG, and then by Prodrive and AMR team, all of which are British motorsport teams. The engine was built via linking 2 60 degree Duratec 3.0s at the crank. There is absolutely nothing German about it.

  • Even Picasso couldn't create art like this great piece!!!
