Hl2 episode one the hardcore way: lowlife 4

Are you afraid of the dark? =D This part is very hard for no save runners; if you get stuck with a zombine holding a grenade around, you're dead, and getting stuck, when you can't see anything, it's too damn easy. Advice: NEVER pick up an explosive barrel, I was nervous and picked one by accident. Almost got killed by that fast zombie =(. Anyway, as you can see, even with that mistake I never had low health. Timing of the flashlight, and a good ear, are the key. You should know what the hell is around you when everything is dark.

Im stuck here beacuse my flashlight dosent work, i use f and it only shows a spec like this big: o. =-/ and i cant fix it to make it bigger D: so im stuck in a BAD way

i agree with the sawblade thing but of some reason, everytime a fast zombie attacks it creeps my a** off... hate em... even in gmod... im a coward...

Ravenholm wasn't that bad. I loooooved shooting sawblades at zombies. :D Also, i don't have the orange box yet but i know that ill be scared as hell at here, scary sounds and being in the dark creep me the hell out. when im playing parts like this in any game i always do it during the day or with the lights on.

well, it's just that lowlife is darker :P, you can't see a **** in a lot of parts

That would totally have to be my advice for this level. That theory helped me a lot. They stay bright long after falling dead.

You have to get a reasonable graphics card. Besides allowing the flashlight, a new video card can significantly increase performance. I bought a PCI GeForce 6200 OC w/ 256MB RAM for my low-endish computer for only about $100.
