@VictoriaEveCominsky Sorry to tell you but Panavision only rents and does not sell. They still have some of the first panaflex cameras from the 70's in inventory in some places.

This camera is somewhat outdated now. I still suggest film but if you are going to shoot Professional HD is prefer the RED camera. Seeing The last two David Fincher films, The Social Network and The Girl with The Dragon Tattoo really proved at least to me if you shoot digital go RED. Still it is not always the camera but the person(s) behind the camera that makes the difference and knowing what you want.

For a highly respected Motion Picture vision company, you think they could afford a camera with a higher frame rate... i have a headache after watching this video...

@marcopiu82 I doesn't have one, Panavision does not sell their cameras, they are rented for between $1-2k a day each, depending on the package. If you put a cost on one, Just the body (no lens, vf, hd) has been valued at $400-500k
