  • Tx Yormeey. Nice postings. Ise ilee ni oru won dee ita, iyawo osi elejo wewe, awi aigbo yin ma poju, sebi awon Baba/Egbon ni Aya nile. Eko ni yi nibi ti ounlo. Ariwo lojo ju mo, bi oju oti yin, oju ti ara adugbo... Mi o fe pami iku rara, Atawewe... "Oro Agba ni eyin Obinrin, e fi eyi kogbon". Leave the westernised way for the western people. Top of the range anyday. RIP Egun Mogaji.

  • Thanks Busanab, Yes, I live in the west and I uphold and respect the values of where I live but I have always loved things that's of Nigeria and my background. I listen to English(and others) music but I listen more to the ones made in Nigerian language(yoruba).

  • What a bitter true and advice from Egun Mogaji himself to those women who are FULL of themselves. I feel sorry for these sets of women in d western countriies. Our culture is iur ways of life and must not be compromised for any reason.

  • I like the beat and voice, his yoruba is too powerfull for me.. i couldn't understand anything this men say.

  • @Tampinu.most women tend to be talkative anyway, beside my mom.lol

  • @onikoloboegba I see..

He also said "Ohun l'oko fin na yin lojojumo.."

If they don't obey the husband, instead of divorce, they better get some nice righteous beating...lol

  • @Tampinu

In original Egba it means a woman who would harangue the husband to death because she misunderstood the Egba notion of allowing a woman to be able to talk confidently. He goes on to make her think that at least your bigger brother has a wife do you want his life to be as you are making mine.As divorce is not encouraged she need to change her behaviour.

  • @MrCrown1980 My wife is white, she doesn't understand how a wife can be "Elejowewe"...
