This was taken from today's first day of shooting at Heinz field. Reports were that:
Bane interrupts the game at the kickoff (with a huge explosion, causing a crater where players are killed), bringing a silver, metallic round-shaped "machine" with him as well as a hostage. He then declares (from the video):
"Gotham! Take control! Take control of your city! This is the instrument of your deliberation! Identify yourself to the world!"
After the speech, he kills the hostage, ensuing panic.
I do not know if they will be dubbing him over, I'm sure they will be, but there you go. The voice of Bane (for now).

dont you people understand the whole idea of this trilogy? its making batman more realistic, life like. those who say bane looks much smaller and etc. its because they want to make him as human as possible, big muscles, but not superuhuman muscles
