Footage from the UK B-Boy Championship Heats held at Hackney Ocean on 13th October 2007. Suga Pop explains one potential origin for the use of Hush Puppies as a popping shoes - the Electric Bugaloos forgot to bring their shoes and couldn't afford Stacey Adams shoes ($100) so got some Hush Puppies instead. Remember that if you pop in Hush Puppies always wear dress socks, its a dress shoe. Event was compared by Crazy Legs and Afrika Islam (hush puppies!). Sorry i missed the middle.
