Amazing Double Rainbow... but what does it mean?

On Monday July 6th 2009 at about 7:45 pm, heading west on interstate 40 on my way to Phoenix, I had just crossed the Texas/New Mexico border, and was driving through a hard rain when I saw this amazing double rainbow and captured with my new iPhone 3GS. I tried to upload it directly to YouTube but they were down for scheduled maintenance and would not allow me to upload it at that time.

The first bow is caused by light being reflected inside the water drops in the sky then refracted out and split into the colour spectrum.

The second bow is formed from light that has reflected twice inside the water.

There is a max angle for the first and a minimum for the second, that is what causes the dark bit in the middle.
