It's not GM exellence to just grossly outspend everyone else to get the best players in te game. A-Rod, Tex, and Sabathia have 3 of the 5 largest contracts in the game, that's how they win. I'm jelous of the Rays, and how they consistantly win with one of the lowest payrolls in the game, not the Yankees.
