  • wow this information is awesome - good, clear and concise - even though i dont think i will ever (or can ever) train at your level - i think things like this are always good to know. Will definitely be implementing some of the advice when i get back into training - just had a baby and really want to get back into shape and improve fitness and miss training in the gym - Greetings from England xxx

  • @dolly400 thank you soo much!. Let me know if I can help in any way. I have 2 babies myself and it's difficult to get going, getting started all over again but once you do, you'll feel vibrant, alive and energized and us moms need all the energy we can get:)))

  • Where do you buy your young thai coconuts?? I can only find regular ones at fred myer or PCC (an organic grocery store). Is it good enough to just buy the carton of coconut water by Harvest Bay??

  • I buy them at a chinese supermarket or sometimes in China Town here in Montreal.:)

I cant believe you have replied - thank you so much for taking out the time to reply - thought you might like to know i purchased a body brush going to start dry body brushing!!!!!!!! Joanne i am exclusively breastfeeding and although i am trying to eat as healthy as possible - i am finding after i feed i crave high energy sweet foods and i am constantly gorging on biscuits and crap!!!!! i have never had a sweet tooth - what healthy alternatives would you recommend?
