another good outcome is that once you blur the layer, set the blending mode to 'overlay' or 'softlight' and reduce the opacity slightly...

this brings out some of the natural highlights/shadows from the previous layer, but still gives the penthouse effect..

then you can use layer masks if you want to pretend sharpen certain areas..

@cedcampbell Hey! Thanks for the comment. re: HDR Pro... I don't have a DSLR camera, so my HDR skills are lacking. I haven't had a chance to really work with HDR techniques, but they look awesome when done right. If I come across any good links or YouTube videos, I'll let you know. If I can figure out how to properly adjust the f-stop on my camera, I'll give it a try and make a video for you. Thanks, and have a great day

A simplier way to do this, and without photoshop, is to smur some vaseline over your glasses, so all day long, every woman will look like babes..)) Seriously, Glamour is not always about fuzzy, and gaze up filter..need a little work.

WOW! You were right on target with the third girl... She looked best with 100% Opacity but I think you should have set the Gaussian Blur just a tad more... LOL
