  • @irishlegendnumber8 In some of his other videos he mentioned doses. Glutamine 8 g a day (take it after training, and before bed), but take it away from when you take in protein otherwise it is wasted. Arginine, 10 g a day. Two servings. Pre-workout and before bed.

  • @irishlegendnumber8 - As he says.. dosage has to be extremely high to get any sort of unwanted side effect. But do a little research yourself! :)

  • Hi I'm 13 what would be the recommended dose of glutamine and arginine for me? I work out hard 5 days a week... Love the channel :)

  • @Orion8888 i thinks so. I take 5 grams post workout and 5 grams around 7:30 to 8:00. I go to bed around 10

  • Also, does taking some glutamine right before bed help raise growth hormone or help in optimal recovery?

  • Is it true that your body will not utilize the glutamine as well if you consume less than 5 grams of glutamine at once?
