She is a great songwriter but her voice is not that good live. Im sorry but Siobahn is nothing without Marcella. She left Bananarama cuz she thought she was too good for them then after that she teams up with talented Marcella then screws her over. Siobahn is hot and all but she thinks shes better than what she really is. Im still a big fan of her though but I like Marcella better.

@KISSMEMYFOOL69 I think Siobhan, Marcella and Bananarama are all very different sorts of performers -- it's comparing apples v. oranges v. bananas! :-) There are those who'd pay 10 times more to see Siobhan live and would probably call Marcella's style boring & MOR and Bananarama frivolous & disposable. <--(*I* don't feel that way but it is a perspective I've heard.)

@KISSMEMYFOOL69 I find it interesting how many people attack Siobhan's singing while praising Marcella's to the extreme. To me Marcella is just another high pitched squeaky screamer. Siobhan's singing has texture and a unique character.

Hi Bunny: It's not just rude, but it's just plain cluelessly dumb. With her pedigree, she can look like anything she bloody well likes. These kind of reactionary sentiments as to what a womand, or any person for that matter, should or should not look like get my back up time and time again. Most people are not capable of expressing anything about fellow humans, other than 'want to shag' or slag off, but actually a kind or constructive comment it often out of your range. PATHETIC.

@bunnytube You do make a good point there. I also understand that Siobahn wanted out of Bananarama because she felt that it just wasnt her thing. She wanted to break free and write her own music. It just bothers me how she treated Marcella. Your are right, Siobahn is more of an interesting singer than Marcella, but I still like Marcella's voice and additude better. Im still a big fan of Siobahn though.
