Persepolis US trailer 2

The second trailer for one of the best animated movies ever made.

Nominated for Best animated Picture at the 80th Academy awards but lost against Ratatouille =(

But with or without an Oscar, Persepolis is already a winner. Becasue it did what is unthinkable in western animation: an intelligent, fun, charming animated movie for adults that makes you think, cry and yet feel good. It touches polemic subjects (how religions and politcis destroy the lives of innocent people) without losing it sense of humor and it's smart dialogues.

This movie was head and shoulders better than Ratatouille.

Saw this movie on the shelve at block buster and I knew it would be interesting and I just watched it a couple hours ago and I thought it was pretty breath taking

Marjane is a total badass and probably the female animated version if myself
