haha i know what you mean I have this seat and my daughter actually out grew it in height at 2 years old( she is very tall for her age.) I went out and spent the 180.00 on the Graco nautilus and absutaly love it. it is one of the best carseats out thier. my daughter loves it also. she is three now and is I think 45 inches.

she honestly looks like she has outgrown this car seat, once her shoulders are over the top slot she is to tall for it and should be moved into a seat like the graco nautilus with higher harnessing limits. She may be right at the top slots right now, but is real close.
