If I am right, you cannot use DMCA to take down remixes of your videos, as those are covered by fair use. And this whole abusing DMCA issue is very, very touchy. Better stay away from it.

Besides, you can prove these things and at the same time sue him for harassment. Because that's what this is about. It would be a great life lesson for him though.

I 'm sorry Tims mental illness is causing you and other respected members of the Linux community such as Linux4UnMe to be unfairly targeted for his attacks.

I do not hold out much hope that Tims mental health issues will improve in the near future, although miracles do happen.
