You get the Red Tunic (which is necessary to have in the Fire Temple) from the goron in Goron City, that rolls around and have to stop him by using a bomb on the goron. After you've succeeded by making him stop rolling around, talk to him, asking him some questions and then you'll get the Red Tunic.
