The conventions have a thing about bringing new talent to light, and I know it when I see it. Obama was the product of 2004, and the rise of Jim Webb and Mark Warner in VA were two other recent great finds. Schweitzer was the one who impressed me the most at this convention and I think he should definitely be considered for higher office when the time comes!!!!

He has plenty of time though. A relatively young man. Few more years as giovernor, then perhaps a cabinet place and by then one of the Montana senators may have retired... Im a Scweitzer fan so I'd love to see him stay long on the national stage as one of the ambassadors of the new Democrats taking the west.
