The Tudors - Anne & Mark - Deal With God

I love Mark and Anne, their friendship was really touching and I personally felt he was the only one that she could turn to who wasn't totally consumed by greed and gaining power from Anne. I was crushed when he died, such a sad death.

So, you can see this however you like, friendship, romance... I like to see it as friendship, two souls wishing they could take away the pain of the other. Focusing a little more on Mark and him knowing Anne is there, watching, but can't see her, knowing before she dies she must see those she cares for perish, that to me is worse than torture, so perhaps Mark wished he could somehow make it all over for Anne, she could be on the block instead of him and the pain would stop.

I'm rambling... enjoy.

You know, I love historicals and the clothes they wore, the etiquette, music, etc, but I sure wouldn't want to live in those days, when such things as beheadings and torture chambers were really quite common...

@honeyphan2 Thanks honey. Yeah, me too, I still want to wear a Tudor gown one day, but it was a pretty brutal time :/ I guess we wouldn't have as much wonderful and sometimes shocking history if it hadn't been for the morbid side of this era.

Liking this vid, nice to see a lesser character get some attention for once. A very effective video, showing how even Anne's friends were made victims. Very sad, and very moving. Well done Kira.

wow this is beautiful, very hypnotic song and great choice of clips. It must have been so terrible for Anne to know that Mark and the others would have to die with her.
