House of the rising sun (The Animals cover) - Iva

well....I sang this one twice in public. I even won the firsth prize... (jeeeeeeeeej :D)... So, I decided to put audio from the 1th performance, and video from the 2nd, which was more slower... And this is the result :).. I'm vanishing for a few seconds and stuff like that :)...But just be focused on my vocal performance. I'm finaly satisfied with this one..

one of my friends in real life ( as opposed to youtube friends and facebook friends ) recently mentioned that she has croatian ancestry, and it made me think of your performance. it's still great listening to it. anyway, Merry Christmas and Merry New Year, assuming that you're into those holidays. @ivacha87 earlier today, i found out i made a mistake. i saw my friend, and she said that she visited Croatia, but she's not from a Croatian background. Her background is Polish, but all she speaks is English. Well, i can still enjoy your music. lol

@ivacha87 i assumed that you have schools, and yet i wasn't sure whether the term "land of the rising sun" was common throughout the world. it's a dumb term. every place has a rising sun. i live where both the rising sun and the setting sun are over the ocean. not many places in the u.s. are like that. i've noticed that many songs you sing in english have a southern u.s. flavor to them. that's interesting. i think it's a tough dialect to understand. the northern u.s. dialects are surely easier.
