  • Actually it is my weight, its only 2 plates a side. That was my 3rd and last set and i got in 11 good reps.. so i dont know what the hell your talkin about. But thanks for your input i guess . hahaha

  • leaning forward a bit much, it seems but strong grip and you handle that weight like it's 50 lbs.

  • these were done horribly, but they were done i guess, bad posture

  • when i do this exercise, i like to shrug, hold it for a count of three, and then slowly let it back down. i've had great results and ive become more tone and i was able to add excessive amounts of weight to this exercise to really look big.

  • @oharmon - I think its both the rhomboids and the traps, the lats are lower down. My copy and paste is broken at the moment but if you go on google images and type in: "back muscles rhombus" you should find a decent labelled diagram.

  • You have a really funny form....which makes it seem like you can't do this. I'm only 15, and I was doin 245 yesterday, and let me tell you; my shoulders(trapes) are feelin it now. :]
