@IIGreven. I'm sure Mr Hawking would be insulted by your comment.

Quotes are useful tools and I shall share no such disrespect with you or your kind. And thus you specifically do the work of a "satan"... of course this word has no meaning for you and thus you must remain innocent of such efforts. Or was that ingnorant?

@seagullman87: I've just read your comment re The Flood being caused by a volcano. The Biblical account says: "... the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened." (Gen7:11)

When all the pieces of evidence are placed upon the table for examination, there arises certainty about a cataclysmic event that destroyed a pre-history civilisation.

Brasik1, I could not have said it better myself. But perhaps the most intriguing piece of evidence is that it was not just one ancient civilization, but all Medditerreanen civilizations at the time report some version of the flood.

With recent evidence, scientists examining the mediterreanen sea floor have found traces of large volcanic activity on the sea floor some 3000 years ago.
I wish i had the link to give u, but the account nonetheless its still quite amazing.

Can you name the peer reviewed paper which supports your claims?

Also, floods were has common back in ancient times has they are now. There are writings about floods, I don't even need to look that up it's a certainty for very obvious reasons.

They all talked about a -A- flood, not a "great" flood.

I'm very very sorry to nit-pick. I really am, but I want you to be corrected in case you tackle another Thiest.

Fact and Theories are almost one in the same. A theory is the closest thing we can get to absolute fact in science. The theory of evolution, the theory of gravity (yes, that's still just a theory). Making a distinction between atheists and scientists is accurate, but there's such a small difference between facts and theories that you may be better off saying "Facts and speculations"

@AbrielMcPierce
Theories -A set of statements or principles devised to explain a group of facts or phenomena, especially one that has been repeatedly tested or is widely accepted and can be used to make predictions about natural phenomena. Theories are very well proven and are just as apt as scientific laws.
Not just a guess as creationist think.

@gregrutz: I am make use of both spheres of Creation: the religious and the scientific to create a homogenous whole.

I don't want to 'prove' it to you because that is a process you need to work through for yourself.

I've been there and done that. I've moved on to alchemy, wizardry and await for the wee sciences to catch up.

I've had enough of your such unprodutive discourse as this. Good luck.

OK stay in the Dark Ages with the rest of the creationists.
