Grip tight and come down slowly. Getting back up is the hard part... Try just moving the hoop up (without spinning it) while gripping it so it stays horizontal. Keep doing that till it becomes relatively easy to do; then add the rotation to it. my arms were killing me the day after i started practicing it! Youll get it in time =)
i really want to know how to do that my arms dont seem to have enough power. :(
