hell, basically AE works with shaders I think... just pre rendered... anyway, thinking about doing dev videos so it will be in there probably ^-^

Hey, great tutorial! Could you post your AE project file? That'd be a great help. Thanks!

Yeah, I'll have it up soon. I need to find some good generic video footage to stick in there, in case my friends don't want a video of them singing about playstations all over the internet :)

nice tutorial, think I might be able to use it... they're called halo's by the way... not coronas ^-^

Thanks! 'Halos', wow, that should have been obvious....
Well, Let me know if you can use it, I'd like to see if it works on other types of footage :)

haha... I might be able to base a shader off this and use it in a game... not a bad idea actually... well my first intention was in a zombie video, but I have no actors and cant get them (yea MAYBE one) anyway... oh well... guess im shooting birds then... WITH A CAMERA ^-^

Actors are hard to come by, especially reliable ones.
You know, i don't know anything about programming shaders really, but i thought that might be possible since this is just based on pixel brightness. Sounds like an awesome idea, if you get a tech demo running i would love to see it some time.
