@kashewz That's because its a movie. In my university wrestling team I've sparred with both southern and northern chinese. Little dark people from Guangzhou can't compare to someone that's 5'11 with Manchu/Mongol genes in them.

does anybody knows what happen to the northern guy? in ip man movie withouth the deleted scenes i couldn´t know if he got killed by the japs or not.
