Minecraft Alpha: Tiny Mob Spawn Trap Machine 2!

So I didn't really like my original trap machine, and I improved it by widening the trap. To further improve it, I wanted to force all the mob drops to a single location. This is done by having an extra water spring at the bottom, which collects the drops into a single location for easy pickup.

my god stop making this shit so difficuld just build a allstone cage around the spawer one in the air and have water flow under it and drownd then have a one high slit at the bottom then the stuff flowes out ssimple!!

This design might need tweaking. I have not tested this design on a newer version of the alpha, with the changed spawning calculations.

you could force them all to spawn in one location using halfsteps
