Children are turned over to the custody of abusers

All across the US in both anti Family and Supreme Courts, judges are methodically and systematically turning children over to parents that are proven pedophiles.
This is not being done on account of bad judgement, but rather deliberate.

The reason judges get so annoyed at women who make allegations of abuse, is that so many women do this. Often times the women fail to produce credible and unbiased evidence. A woman just thinks I' m a women, I'm the mother and I don't lie. The trouble is many woman do lie. This gets in the way where real abuse is happening. We need to get rid of the "winner take all system" and instead work to save marriages and relationships, spend the resource on real abuse cases and punish liars

I can clearly see the biase of this video. Women are always hollering abuse and dad denies it. Who do you believe? I would hate to be a family court judge.

If abuse is happening, PROVE IT, make the courts abide by rules of evidence.

Courts have duty to protect kids, with all the false accusations, this get in the way of the rare cases, where it is actually happening. Make it a serious crime to make a false accusation, and protect kids where that accusation is true.

@dyandriaanddyandria The question is WHY are judges telling lawyers that they do not want service users to bring child abuse cases and cases of domestic abuse before them during custody hearings?

Are judges not there to PROTECT the victims?

My lawyer told me that the judges are sick to death of hearing about child sexual abuse and domestic violence and if you mention it, the judge will get annoyed.

WHY SHOULD THAT UPSET THE JUDGE.?

It is his/her job and duty to hear the truth.

@booooboooo2010 Most moms get custody on account of the FACT that MOST dads don't ask for it. Most dads want to get on with their lives and they know that their newly found chicks don't want children in the equation. However, during a divorce, if one parent is a pedophile WITH evidence, the court grants the pedophile parent custody. Additionally, I didn't state that 70% of "found guilty" pedophiles get custody. The courts are ignoring the blatant evidence, so they AREN'T FOUND GUILTY!
