Sea Cliffs is also rather atypical of Flagello. Still pretty though.

Some of his pieces are more "light", like for instance Sea Cliffs is one I know off the top of my head.

Very lovely lyrical piece; it's true that it is not characteristic of Flagello's other music. He clearly loved the Italian song repertory! Nice to hear it included on this song recital!

I'm not very familiar with Nicolas Flagello's works. I've only played 2 pieces in a competition in New Rochelle, NY where I tied for 2nd place.
I just wanted to say that this piece seems different from my memory of the pieces that I have played. It's been about 8 years, but my impression was that he was more contemporary.
Anywho, I enjoyed this piece very much.
