I have seen something like this at Navy Pier here in Chicago, when the Cirque de Soleil promotes the daily show. A man and a woman suspend a rope or silk from a support beam and do a similar routine 30 to 40 feet up. Cirque has a school in Montreal or Quebec City. I think--and a semi-permanent presence in Las Vegas. I think the artists are from Eastern Europe.
