When a teacher gets accused of molest it likely will ruin their career no matter what the outcome. This is why we have been doing all we can to try to have them exonerated by having the charges dismissed and them reinstated to their teaching position or having them receive an excellent recommendation from their current school district so they can start anew elsewhere. THE LESSON to be learned is never to be alone with one student to avoid the accusation being made in the first place. Paul Wallin

This same thing is happening to my husband right now, a 12 year old falsely accused him of hitting him and scratching him

Teacherkh, i went through this situation as well. I'm a popular teacher in my school, always going out of my way to elevate the children, only to be suspended by a corrupt principal on trumped up charges.

I beat the case though, came back, and I'm STILL going out of my way, because it's about the children. Just because they are too corrupt and petty to recognize that doesn't mean I need to stop being me.

And I will write out and talk about it to everyone I see, because they don't scare me.

This type of abuse happens often...Students that don't get their way, that have crushes on teachers, just as in many cases will lie! We know that they do on many occasions, but our society wants to pretend that they don't, ever lie. They ruin people's lives and very little happens to them when it is found out that they have falsely accused someone! It has to stop!

Pretty sad that no one has commented on this serious issue.

Some of these accusations presented by this teacher are provoked by administrators wanting to get rid of a teacher who is too dedicated for this system of White Chalk Crime.
