  • Thanks for demoing all the modules - I'm considering getting an MTS now. Question: all the vids have a compressed/pinched sound when you really bite down on the strings - is that the amp, or your mic & recording gear?

  • Hi, I'm happy that you really appreciated and that the videos can help to choose your modules.

BTW I'm using only guitar amp and the video camera's mic, nothing more. The videos also sound worst than the original versions I did because of youtube's compression! :(

  • I'm interested in buying this thing. I wish he just played a couple sweeping open chords and let them fade so I could judge it better.

  • Hi bro, try to find out my other videos with the same module.

I usually play in this demo videos only the most typical way to play with that kind of amp. What I mean is that the plexi is not famous because used for sweep or something similar. If you like this sound but you are a virtuoso look for the SL+ ;)

    Thanks for your comment!

  • can I achieve Yngwie's tone thru this module plus a boost??

  • Hi, I suggest you to buy the SL+, that one has Yngwie's sound! ;)

  • I don't remember it but it is possible, Plexi is more crunch than distorted...I suggest you to check the other marshall modules if you need more distortion...somthing like the Brown or the SL+

Also the JTM is crunch but it has more gain ;)

  • IS the gain all the way up?

  • lol. Yeh i know what ya mean.

  • Seriously wtf...
