I will say that Jerome will try to take care of the customer, even when they get him on the phone and he gives a phony name. His problem is he rips off his technicians that perform the quality work. He will claim it's a disgruntle employee or claim that someone was stealing from him, anything he can conjure up to smear the person who is accusing him of doing wrong. He will go through great lengths to keep his illusion of being a legitimate businessman, when in actuality he is a big LIAR
