I'm pretty sure you could easily add 20-25 lbs to your 1RM if you listened to less faggy music while you lift.

ok dude, look at any one of my videos with ,my brother in it, plain and simple u will see hes not fat, and i never saud he has no fat at all i just sid hes not fat everybody has fat on them, as for the 13 year olds not producing enough test, what do u say about my broithers friend who just turned 14 and is 6 foot 7 and around 270, not sure his actual weight

so basically your brother is not fat, has fairly small muscles but weighs 260? wtf?
and fyi bodybuilders do not lift light weight, do some research, yes they utilize higher rep schemes, but not all of them and some of them have goten huge as fuck lifting heavy.
i am considered a big guy, at 220 18, so to suggest that a 13 year 260 lber that is majority muscle is walking around is somewhat hard to believe. 13 year olds do not naturally produce enought test to get that big. and 260 is huge

My max is nowhere ear what I wat it to be. The last time I did singles, I got up to 425. High rep squats do not have a very good carryover to heavy singles, but they hurt alot more.

Dude...this is gonna sound mad nerdy...but you gotta be composed mostly of slow-twitch muscle fibers. No way you'd have that kind of endurance with fast twitch. Do/did you run cross country?
