i think u should put more intent into ur movements

This is the most basic understanding of a form with almost no internal mechanics shown at all.

I know you posted a long time ago and were probably somewhat kidding, but I agree with you. Popping and locking originated out of a way to show off and maintain "fitness" required for fighting and/or sex. Sort of similar concepts and a very astute observation on your part my friend.

i dont get it

These people might well be proficient at some martial art, but it is most certainly not Pa Kua.
I've seen beginners of three months experience move better and it gives the art, and all bona fide internal boxers, a bad name.

this could be a cool pop n' lock routine

Yes, this is very real. I've trained under these gentlemen, and they are incredible.

WTF, Is this for real?

previous post is a partial quote from a blog posted by Mr. Floyd Webb

Nganga Tola-Na(Raymond Cooper)One of the greatest fighters of the 1960s, Tolo-na was involved in a controversial fight with Mike Stone at the 2nd World Karate Tournament in which Master Robert Trias, head of the Unites States Karate Association blatantly robbed Ray Cooper of the Championship. (see next post)
He said the system was from the Cheng Family.
I'm interested in knowing what are the training advantages with that initial swing of the foot before stepping to circle walk. Feedback would be appreciated. Peace.

The initial swing of the front leg is mainly for checking ones balance. A reminder to always distinguish clearly between substantial and insubstantial.Stepping lightly also prevents the possibly of being swept.
Thank you,
