Actually no. They were two real ppl. One was managing the other was a maintenance worker. On runs before this they were in the front seat. Will post a link with photo proof of you still don't believe. The water dummies were the white things.

Before most of the time, workers usually test out the rides first before releasing it out to public, and yes it is true that there are actually two people at the back of the seats. Torontojosh should know that because he is there filming it, so he isn't lying
