The Broken Bells test their new album with kids

Broken Bells is The Shins' James Mercer and Danger Mouse. A Tough set of judges rate the album. The judges did not know the two men conducting the focus group were the band members. Broken Bells acclaimed new album will be available at your Neighborhood Starbucks starting on March 9th.

Look, we can compare music and say "oh, that sounds like that song" but really, I don't think any band wants to copy other bands' music on purpose. We, people, make these connections and other people pick up on them and say "oh yeah" but it's just coincidence. Like "Stairway to Heaven" backwards. Music is music, just love it while we still have Quality music.

@potentialcarnie Thats probably because one of the adults wrote the pass, fail, etc. on the cards and then told the kids to just show which ever card they were feeling. The kids never wrote the words.

yeah, and the only vocals sound the same. that, and the the chord progression. but besides those two things, they are nothing alike
