Yo dude i have a iphone 4 with internet connection / antenna issues and also a headphone jack problem and when i go on facebook or anyother apps sometimes it just shuts the app down and i have restored everything and also when i call people after a couple of mins it goes weird and crackly and for what i do i really need a new one and not refurbished as i cant get to apple store often what can i say to the apple genius guy to hopefully make him give me a new one?

@saints445 sound really disappointed, talk about how you rarely go out and buy the new and hip gadget but you really had high hopes for the iPhone 4 and when all of the problems started happening you held faith that an ios update would fix all of the issues but unfortunately it has only made it worse and now you need help because you depend on this phone for work. if they try to offer you a refreb phone tell them you paid for a new phone an expect a new phone

i work for a phone company and you learn the customer tricks pretty quickly, alot of the time you just send them the new phone cus you cant be fucked listening to there whining bitching voices anymore lol not cuz you have been out smarted,.

@ChrisRockSteady If everyone was as understanding as you their would be no need for videos like this one. But unfortunately we do not, in a perfect world apple would replace all the iphone 4 with 4s but uh what do i know? I am just a whinny customer that isn't smarter than any of the geniuses that work for apple. expect for the ones that handed me my new phone and the ones that handed me my other new oh and a few others but who is counting.

My point really is that every time a new iphone is realeased we get inundated with calls from customers who lie thier asses off trying to wrangle the latest model for free, all i'm trying to say is we have heard it all before, you may get through to someone like me who will just send
