Demonstrates vehicular cycling for cyclists 16 yrs and older on roads 35 mph or less. Must understand the rules of the road and travel lanes. Bicyclists should use the right most lane serving their destination. Motorists need to be aware of safest practices for bicyclists and share the road with them. Everyone needs to be courteous and communicate with signals.

  • Cyclists really should take the lane's on those narrow roadways since there is usually no safe room within the lane. Now on really wide lanes of 14 feet or more than they can ride more towards the right to allow faster traffic to safely pass within the lane since it will be wide enough to accommodate both vehicles.
