That's great, I hope to keep putting up more cooking videos to give people more cooking ideas, and helpful hints. If you want to make a video or take pictures of your experiences on the Griddle-Q, we'd love to see them. I'm trying to get a picture page going for our customers.

You should always start the fish skin side down

@carpy1970 I guess it's a matter of how you like your meat to look. When I start it with the meat side down first the meat actually gets browned a little from the hot griddle. then I finish with the skin side down and it peels right off; but the browned top side looks great on the plate... For me It's all about presentation. Thanks for your reply

@Griddleman by "peels right off" I guess you mean the skin peels off, i.e. you don't eat it? I eat the skin and want it brown and crispy and to get that you do most of the cooking skin side down and only flip it to finish off the cooking.
