What just a lot of stoplight to stoplight racers who think they've won because of some hap hazzard 0-75 ish mph sprint that they initiate on their own count who when not racing just sit in parking lots drinking out of gallon iced tea jugs literally looking for fights? That's that is how my suburban shithole is. Plenty of nice ass imports (who either don't race or save it for worthy opponets) but plenty of idiots in untuned (exterior modded) civics and integras.

@Chrisjumper96 Civics aren't hard to come by..just save and wait for a clean one that runs great from the get go. Better to start off good then to jump in head first with a rust bucket and spend way more then you originally thought on repairs/ maintenance. Although you could do this also if you know what you're doing or want to, but I would advise against it. Research all mods you want to do before hand so you know whats good and why, get it tuned and you'll love it.

@namericansnowcactus very funny xD i do this on saturdays whit my friend in a downhill on my volkswagen gti but its no so fun when you have to repair parts,

my car its fwd 1.6 16valves and some tricks to do this better i think in usa they have very goods cars but they dont have the balls, they cant race like this becouse of police i can do it outside the city,and i have my car and i have the balls and they cant do it whit their expensive cars
