  • LOL they said that 20mph was the fastest they had ever seen anyone throw at a spare!! What do you think they'd say about Robert Smith's 34mph!!

  • Robert Smith was just an 18 year old lad when this telecast aired live on ESPN. I don't think Mike Durbin and Denny Schreiner had the opportunity to watch this guy up close back then. For all we know Maximum Bob could have developed the ultra fast bowling speed during his years on Team USA.

  • Handegard is my favorite senior bowler.

  • John Handegard had impeccable mechanics. Simple, elegant game. His mental game seemed like he was in a trance at the line. He went "snake eyed"-scary strong mental game.

  • that was a weird hit at 7:08 it didnt look DOA because there was enough drive to kick out the 10 pin
