Warning- This video is not of the best quality. My computer has updated my movie maker (Which has made it increasingly difficult for me to work with) and when I try to raise it to HD quality, it will not load on YT. I am still trying to work out these little drawbacks.
The following videos includes a description and definition of the term Pre-Poo, what is constitutes, and how I pre-poo. I make it clear that though these are the basic ingredients I use as a pre-poo treatment, it does not mean that the products you currently own will not do the job right; on the contrary, I encourage you to look through your cabinets and explore your favorite conditioners and oils to formulate your own that works best for you.
I hope you enjoy!

I'd be lying if I said I did this every time I washed my curls-who has that kind of time? lol. I might do this every 3-4 weeks, depending on the health of my hair (and the amount of time I have). But on a normal wash day (which occurs every 3 days), I may apply the Aubrey Organics Honey Suckle conditioner or an essential oil (Coconut Oil/Jojoba Oil).
