In this clip, Matt Stoller asks FCC Commissioner Michael Copps about net neutrality and its history. Did the internet emerge with legal net neutrality protections in place? Or are the telcos correct in claiming that the internet emerged 'unregulated?'

  • Maybe that is what Gore meant when he "Invented the Internet"... he meant the government should claim it was agile enough to see the net emerge and take action. More insightful than MS.
