  • i voted 5 for quality of vid but samasanov is playing about 1 star. why dont we see him going for killer forehands? he just returns the ball without trying to win

  • Good of Samsonov to let Paul practise his shots.

  • Drinkhall has a good game, but he needs more power!

  • Somehow I got the feeling Vladdie wasn't even trying...

  • that paul is a good well balanced consistent player,... but not in the elite clas as samsonov

  • seeing drinkhall play reminds me of a girl. All same tempo forehand and backhand strokes, no surprising placement, constantly on save and never goes for winner.

  • Paul Drinkhall really needs to improve his forehand. Gotta swing bigger to get moroe power on that. Too stiff at the same time. If he wants to go out onto big international events and win.

But he's got plenty of time.

  • samsonov wasn't even really giving up all his best here...just trying to make the game a bit alive..that's all.....he wouldn't want the game to be one sided.....but great effort by drinkhall btw.....

  • 7th world table tennis rank vs 129th world table tennis rank( ranking date 01 September 2010)

  • @jayjaymatt. Your point of view is interesting. However, think about the greatest ever: JO Waldner. What's his "weapon"? He didn't have one. Just talented and with an amazing ball control...
