I suppose you can hit that dummy very heavily and enjoy the benefits from a heavybag combined with a dummy i.e. arms and surface you can hit with bare hands and without dit da jow.
In my eyes she is a beauty. Cheap, sturdy and certainly does the trick.
And for the color: as you say. as long as the dummy performs well the color is of no importance.
I like it a lot.
