Note that the front of the Beams are moldy and starting to rot from the constant flow of water.
Fix needs to be:
1.) Tune-up roof to Gutter transition so water flows into downspout
2.) Ensure heat tape is operational
3.) the gravel drains are clean and the downspouts are not clogged. I found rocks in our downspout this winter after I cleaned them this summer. I think it is from the snow blower throwing the ice and snow up against and on the roof of the Buildings.
