I think thats not the right procedure cooking beef caldereta, that's my specialty... sorry ! But never never use ginger in caldereta & instead green peas, the right is fresh olive, a bit of red wine & a pinch of cinnamon powder , butter & any kind of olive oil, never use an ordinary oil & instead green bell pepper why dont u try red & yellow bell pepper, it will come more delicious ..

I'm wondering why you don't use pressure cooker, wouldn't be faster if you use it first?

u can use PC pero try mo ihambing ang tatse ng slow cooking method iba talaga Ms. april... pero yon nga lang mas tipid sa gas ang PC... :-)

i agree, napatunayan ko yan sa pag luto ng bulalo, slow cooking method is the best.
