"I'll Stand By You" Pretenders. Was the song I picked for me and my Bf without asking his opinion.

Well, rang across this version looking for the other by Radiohead. Amazing. A buddy of mine used to play this on acoustic and sing, knew all the words. This song brought back a ton of memories. This is by far the best version, almost hate hate to say it the original is so amazing. I have sang this song at work over the years and have had a lot of laughs from it. I think it brings up the fact that he puts her too much on a pedestal, which a lot of us do, I guess.
