I would like to say thank you to those who have been commenting and giving me constructive criticisms, because I do listen and take them into consideration. I am new to YouTube, and the whole process of video making; therefore, I have been constantly changing and trying to improve how the tutorials are filmed and delivered. I will continue to experiment with new and improved ways of shooting, because I want to deliver the best tutorials that I can for my viewers. Thank you.

You will need the following ingredients to make 4 servings
- 4 skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch chunks)
- 3 shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon chicken powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon yellow curry
- 14 oz coconut milk
- 24 oz water
- 3 medium potatoes (cut into 1 inch chunk)
- 1 large yellow onion
- 2 French baguettes

  • How about minced lemongrass, thai chilis, fish sauce, and black pepper? I'd also add another TB of curry powder to the broth. Add 1-2 TB of cornstarch to coconut milk for last 15 minutes to thicken the broth. Also add carrot pieces along with the potatoes and wedges of tomatoes towards the end to make your dish more appetizing and yummy.
