  • @porkchoperz No, you can't "get everything naturally with the food" - that's just ridiculous - our food is processed beyond anything nature can recognize.

  • You start to say that "we don't have any data at all in humans"... but that is no longer true. To see the ground-breaking human clinical studies and learn what makes resveratrol 10 times more powerful at slowing a key mechanism of aging, go to: P4HL dot com / aging

  • Hey its more than that DR OZ check out my new book with your fans.

  • so if I can drink twice what that woman drinks , that's a good thing , cool :) C

  • “Whether wine is nourishment, medicine or poison is a matter of dosage.” - Paracelsus (1493-1541)

Dr Henry Hess - MD, PhD with Jan Payne - about to release an important book - A 5 oz Glass, The Health Benefits of Red Wine for Women - here is what Dr Hess says

More than one 5 oz glass of red wine per day can begin to present risks

  • Whenever I take resveratrol, I get premature ventricular contractions. How about that?

  • 2 cups a day for men is ok. How many ounces are their in a cup?

  • @porkchoperz and this is based on what information? Sounds like a very flawed assumption to me.

  • Isn't it better just eat the natural grape? just saying.

  • I agree totally with what Dr. Oz is saying, except that reversitol supplement. As of anything, the natural source is the best, taking a pill format of something, is not natural, and probably does not work as well in the body, as the natural source. I would recommend drinking the 2 glasses of wine, over the pill anyday if you can, taking pills should be the last resort, even if its vitamins or whatever, you can get everything naturally with the food.
