The ionic structure of bleach prevents chlorine molecules from penetrating into semi-porous materials such as drywall and wood. Great video. Yes, in addition to a general inspection, a licensed mold remediation or IAQ professional should be consulted before any property goes on the market or is purchased. Also, be advised that "bleach" in not formulated as a cleaning agent for mold contamination on permeable materials.
